Microsoft released first service pack for Exchange 2010 on the 24th August
adding new capabilities to Exchange 2010. please use below link to download

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Beta & Windows 7 SP1 Beta was announced at the
Worldwide Partner conference which was held in Washington D.C. since there were
two new exciting features added
